Fork Fest is a mock publication showcasing small, independent restaurants in the Portland area. This publication aims to change the perception around family owned, no frills restaurants by showcasing them through the lens of an editorial publication.
While showcasing the food, this publication also showcases the people behind the restaurants and the many colorful stories that come from running an independent restaurant.
